Nubé Offers a Unique Rooftop Lounge Experience on Fort Lauderdale Beach

Discover Broward’s newest rooftop restaurant.

Fort Lauderdale Beach has long been a sought-after destination, offering a wealth of experiences for both locals and visitors. When The Restaurant People (TRP) sought to introduce their latest upscale hospitality-concept, they aimed high. Nestled on the 26th floor of the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, Nubé offers a rooftop lounge experience that stands out from others in the area. With its stunning design, impressive array of cocktails and culinary delights, this rooftop restaurant and bar provides an ideal setting to savor breathtaking views of the iconic Fort Lauderdale beach scene.

“We have seen the desire and need for the concept,” Tim Petrillo said, CEO and Co-Founder of TRP. “People’s desire to go to rooftops in South Florida is definitely increasing, and there’s nothing like this on Fort Lauderdale Beach. It took a lot of patience, time, effort and money, but it’s been worth it.”

While the breathtaking skyline views are sure to attract attention, Nubé’s chef-curated menu of shareable plates is what will truly captivate guests. With a range of cold and hot options, there’s something to satisfy every craving. The Coconut Shrimp Two Ways dish presents an intriguing duality, featuring succulent coconut-fried shrimp alongside a refreshing ceviche complemented by a luscious coconut sauce. For those seeking a flavorful start, the Short Rib Empanadas deliver tender braised short rib filling accompanied by a delightful kick from the Ají Amarillo aioli, creating a truly satisfying and well-balanced appetizer. As for a delectable treat, the Smashed Double Wagyu Cheeseburger is a must-try, featuring rich, juicy Wagyu patties combined with creamy raclette, tangy pickles, and caramelized onions for a perfect bite.

“We crafted the menu so guests can have full meals in a shareable environment,” Petrillo said.

After ascending to the rooftop, guests can choose to relax in the expansive indoor lounge restaurant, find tranquility at the intimate Lunar Bar, or mingle around the Solstice Bar on the sky terrace and by the fire pit, where the outside seamlessly merges with the inside at the heart of the Nubé experience. The wraparound balcony also offers an opportunity to savor a seaside atmosphere with unmatched ocean views. Spanning 4,500 square feet, the indoor and outdoor options allow guests to escape the summer heat or bask in the refreshing ocean breeze.

Petrillo added that sunset is the peak time for guests to relish stunning views while savoring expertly crafted cocktails at Nubé. The Sea-Ñorita stands out as a popular choice, offering a refreshing experience with its blend of Código Blanco Tequila, curaçao, basil, cucumber, and lime flavors for a revitalizing twist. The communal vibe of the lounge extends to Nubé’s signature drink, “Deuces,” a cocktail designed for two to four guests served in a miniature replica of Nubé’s iconic peace sign statue, which graces the outdoor balcony. This cocktail features vodka, strawberry lemongrass, elderflower, prosecco, curacao, and lemon.
