The Related Group and Terra Group are celebrating the completion of two of the three towers at Park Grove in Coconut Grove, which have 204 units along Bayshore Drive. The architecture is led by Pritzker Prize winner Rem Koolhaas’s OMA, the interiors by Meyer Davis, the kitchens and baths by William Sofield and the landscape architecture by Enzo Enea.
The 23-story project includes more than 50,000 square feet of amenities, including a spa and wellness center complete with private treatment rooms, a manicure/pedicure lounge, men’s and women’s steam and sauna rooms, wine tasting rooms with private storage, a 28-seat screening room and a five-acre sculpture park. James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz will open a restaurant in 2019.
