Bonnie Schwartz, a realtor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer, Darren Slosberg, the Founder of Legacy Converting, which was just acquired by Essity. The seller is the property developer and was represented by Rochelle LeCavalier with Douglas Elliman. The 4,565 square-foot penthouse has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and features Italian Porcelain, Miele, custom Italian cabinetry, marble, LED lighting and a double shower.
