Pfizer chairman lists Miami Beach condo for $17.6 million

Former Pfizer CEO Ian C. Read is selling his corner condo in Miami Beach, and it’s a dream to behold.

The 2-story unit at 16901 Collins Ave, Sky Villa 5101 at the Jade Signature building is listed for $17.6 million and features 20-foot double height ceilings in the formal living room as well as 270-degree ocean and city views. The turnkey unit on teh southeast corner of the 51 and 52 floors includes five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms with 6,735 square feet indoors and 1,161 square feet outdoors. Other features include two offices, white marble floors, private elevator with fingerprint recognition and an open terrace in each room. The unit is also decorated and finished by Vianny Sanguily at Urvan Management and features a Creston system that controls sound, lights, air conditioning, internal cameras, lights and more.
