Fun fact: I’ve had to learn English twice. I was born in NYC and lived there until I was 7. My father moved us to Caribbean for work where I lived in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
How do you unwind after a long day of work? After a long day I enjoy spending time with my kids at the park.
What challenges have you faced in your career, and how did you overcome them? I’ve found that my voice is not always heard in an industry predominantly led by men. In order to overcome these instances, I ensured that I was persistent and provided valid input based off facts.

What advice would you give a young woman at the start of her career? Every success story is a tale of constant adaption, revision and change.
How does being a woman has impacted your career? In an industry that is predominantly led by men, I’ve learned that taking a seat at the table does not mean giving up your voice.
