Question of the Week: Many of us are crossing our fingers for the next round of PPP, but whatever happened to the forgiveness part of the first round of PPP?

“Legacy Bank of Florida is accepting and processing forgiveness applications for those clients who would like to submit them to us,” Walker says. “Some banks are holding off on accepting the forgiveness applications as there is pending legislation that would facilitate forgiveness for loan amounts of $150,000 and under. We have gotten some applications back (forgiven) from the SBA.”
