Sales Begin for Luxury Residences at Twenty-Nine Indian Creek in Miami Beach

Twenty-Nine Indian Creek, a luxurious residential project in one of Miami Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods, has begun accepting sales for its 11 private residences. Construction for the project is scheduled to start in the Spring of 2023 along Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue, with completion expected by 2025. The residences range from $2.5 million to $10 million and are meticulously crafted to deliver a bespoke lifestyle with views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. JMH Development is developing the property with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division handling the sales and marketing.

“We always strive to create projects that enrich the neighborhoods in which we build,” Jason Halpern says, Principal of JMH Development. “The design, ingenuity and attention to detail that is being poured into every aspect of Twenty-Nine Indian Creek is exceptional. We are excited to be part of another project that celebrates historic preservation.”

Urban Robot will manage the architecture, interiors, and landscaping design elements of the modern, seven-story building that will offer eight three-bedroom residences and one sprawling full-floor penthouse with an expansive wraparound terrace and panoramic views. The site also features a 1930s Art Deco building that has been obstructed from public view for nearly 60 years. JMH Development will restore and relocate the structure to create two sprawling townhomes that will pay homage to its former era.

“The building mirrors the duality of the architectural languages spoken on Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue, blending early 20th-century style with modern influences,” Sebastian Velez says, Principal at Urban Robot Associates. “We envisioned a layered juxtaposition of traditional and modern that is responsive to Twenty-Nine Indian Creek’s incredible setting and resulted in an urban refuge with enduring design qualities.”

Each residence spans 1,750 to 4,800 square feet and is designed to maximize space and connect to the outdoors, with sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and doors generating abundant natural light. Other features include gourmet chef kitchens, fully integrated Miele appliances with wine storage, marble countertops and an island. Spa-inspired bathrooms offer indulgent features, including freestanding soaking tubs, dual vanities, honed flooring and premium Hansgrohe fixtures.

Residents can also enjoy a palm-tree shaded pool deck, including daybed lounge chairs and tanning areas, a summer kitchen with barbeque and dining area, an outdoor shower, and direct access to a dedicated beach club. The building’s Art Deco-inspired, geometrical design is complemented by lush landscaping with terraced walls, cascading greenery, water features, and a natural color palette.

“This is a truly distinctive project, there is nothing else like it in the area,” Daniel de la Vega says, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “Twenty-Nine Indian Creek presents a rare opportunity to own a home of this caliber just steps from the beach, with the ideal combination of privacy and access.”
