Sales of Luxury Residences at Tal Aventura Begins

Tal Aventura, a luxury living building offering unobstructed views of Maule Lake in Aventura, recently began accepting sales of its 86 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms. 2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions are the developers of the 26-story property, with architecture and interiors imagined by internationally acclaimed IDEA Architects and IDDI.

“Tal Aventura sets a new standard for luxury in Aventura, there is nothing else like it,” Matthew Rosenblatt says, founder of 2151 Development Group. “We envisioned condo residences that feel like a single-family home, with ample space in an incredible location–while delivering active amenities that cater to a lifestyle rooted in community and convenience. The result is a residential offering that addresses the area’s needs and transcends expectations.”

Each residence spans from 1,245 square feet to 6,200 square feet, with outdoor living spaces, private elevator entry, floor-to-ceiling windows/doors and sprawling terraces reaching over 3,000 square feet. Interiors feature Italian porcelain flooring and custom gourmet kitchens with stacked double ovens and dual sinks on a 14-foot quartz island. Residence pricing ranges from $1.4 million to $9.9 million.

“Tal Aventura stands alone as the only new development in the neighborhood addressing a need for a product that caters to families seeking single family home layouts with a seamless resort-style living experience,” Jay Phillip Parker says, CEO of Douglas Elliman Florida and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, the exclusive sales and marketing director for the property. “With its prime location and unmatched amenities, buyers are presented with a transformative project that we are proud to bring to the market.”

Located at 2785 NE 183rd Street east of Biscayne Blvd, residents at TAL Aventura can enjoy a resort-style pool with cabanas, children’s splash pad, playground, outdoor theater, lounge, BBQ area, miniature golf, basketball and pickleball court. Wellness offerings include a spa, sauna, treatment rooms and state-of-the-art fitness center.
