South Florida Manufacturing Association to Recognize Excellence

The South Florida Manufacturing Association (SFMA), the leading resource for manufacturing companies in South Florida, will host its 42ndĀ annual Recognition of Excellence Ceremony on June 10, 2021, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Signature Grand, in Davie.

The Recognition of Excellence Ceremony will begin with a networking and cocktail reception from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. followed by the award ceremony from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The event will provide the opportunity for attendees to connect with peers from the manufacturing community and meet the 2021 finalists and winners of both the Manufacturer and Employee of the Year Awards.

Each year, the SFMA recognizes excellence in manufacturing through its Manufacturer of the Year Awards. Four winners—one from each size category—will be announced at the ceremony.

Sonny’s Enterprises,Ā Broward

Stryker,Ā BrowardĀ

The ceremony will also recognize the winners of the Employee of the Year Awards, which honor outstanding talent in the manufacturing industry. The five categories include: Administrative, Production Support, Engineering and IT, Supervisory and Production.

Registration for the Recognition of Excellence Ceremony is $195 per person, or $1,750 for ten tickets, for members of the SFMA. Non-members can register for $230 per person or $2,100 for ten tickets. All in-person guests will receive ten raffle tickets for a chance to win door prizes such as a 2 night stay at Peace of Paradise Resort, exotic car rental, Florida Panther hockey tickets, gift certificates to Prime 112, Gianni’s, and Acqua Bistro Oceanfront Restaurant, and much more at the ceremony.

SFMA takes COVID-19 guidelines seriously and plans to accommodate the varying degrees of comfort levels that exist among guests of the event. Tables at the ceremony will seat five to six people, and each attendee will receive a mask and hand sanitizer upon entry.
