TECHpalooza (previously known as ‘ITpalooza’) will help highlight the immense diversity of the area’s technology innovators through interactive exhibits, high-profile keynote speakers, workshops and hands-on activities. Hosted by South Florida Tech Hub, the event will last from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Museum of Science and Discovery in downtown Fort Lauderdale. This year’s theme is ‘Rediscovering Innovation’ and will feature futuristic technologies to demonstrate why the industry attracts numerous innovators.
“This event will absolutely make tech fun again,” Nikki Cabus says, CEO of South Florida Tech Hub, a nonprofit 501(c)6 membership association uniting and building the software, engineering, digital, and information technology industry verticals throughout South Florida. “From FPL’s Robot Dog to augmented reality dodgeball, and even a demonstration of an advanced air mobility vehicle (i.e., flying car), TECHpalooza will really be a mind-blowing event.”
The 10th Annual TECHpalooza will feature some of the area’s most high-profile tech leaders, including a keynote presentation from Rony Abovitz, founder of Magic Leap; and presentations from Sam Jaddi, CIO of ADT; and Rick McConnell, CEO of Dynatrace, the event’s Presenting Sponsor, among others.
Tickets to the event range from $75 for general admission to $225 for a VIP package and can be purchased here. Use the discount code SFBW25 to get 25% off any ticket option.
