Miami’s One Thousand Museum condominium already is drawing attention for the curvy support beams designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, but it also will have one other unique feature: the only helipad on a condo in Miami. The building’s luxury management service will be able to book flights to MIA, executive airports or any private island you might own.
