Through its hotels and residences throughout the world, the company has made itself synonymous with groundbreaking and unique amenities that attract visitors and residents from all over the world. Case in point: the new model unit at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach.

The unit is designed by French company LIAIGRE, a top designer of handmade furniture and interiors, to have an elegant and comfortable ambiance with timeless furniture that still feels current. The three-bedroom penthouse feature’s the company’s signature look: generous proportions, solid wood and setting a new standard for minimalist chic. The turnkey unit priced at $5.61 million features over 3,431 square feet of interior space and 420 square feet of exterior space.

Italian design permeates the entire project, which is the first full-scale U.S. project from renowned Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Residents will also enjoy plenty of amenities at the largest residential project (7.5 acres) in Miami Beach. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach includes the world’s first residential art studio, the only navigable marine helipad in Miami Beach, and first-ever partnership with celebrity doctor and author of the South Beach Diet, Dr. Arthur Agatston and the Agatston Center for Private Medicine.
