The exclusive waterfront neighborhood of Tahiti Beach reached a new height when the property at 4 Tahiti Beach Island Road recently sold for $28.9 million. The purchase set a new high for home prices in the Coral Cables neighborhood that features 26 estates on a private island.

The seller was represented by Chad Carroll with The Carroll Group at Compass, while Constantin Gorges from Compass represented the buyers.

The 3-story home, which comes with its own private beach, contains 10 bedrooms, 10 baths, two kitchens and 18,359 square feet of living space on a 1.42-acre lot. Amenities include a home theater, fitness center, wine tasting room, a spa featuring a sauna, steam room and massage room.

Designed by architect Ramon Pacheco, the house features European oak wood floors, coffered ceilings, custom fireplace and an outdoor terrace featuring a heated pool with views of the waterfront.

The luxurious and private neighborhood is home to former NBA star Ray Allen and current MLB player Manny Machado.
