Florida East Coast Realty Welcomes CLAUDIE at 1101 Brickell

A Riviera Dining Group Venture Bringing French-Mediterranean Culinary Excellence to Brickell’s Premier Office Towers

Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) welcomes CLAUDIE, a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Riviera Dining Group (RDG), to 1101 Brickell. Known for its dedication to French-style hospitality—excellence, gastronomy, and the art of entertaining—RDG has signed a long-term lease for nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space on the ground floor of the iconic 300,000-square-foot twin office towers. Opened on February 7, 2025, CLAUDIE further elevates the appeal of 1101 Brickell as a premier office destination, bringing a refined dining experience to the heart of Miami’s Financial District.

“CLAUDIE’s arrival is a testament to the ongoing transformation of 1101 Brickell,” said Austin Hollo, FECR’s Chief Operating Officer. “As we continue to enhance the tenant experience, including a newly modernized lobby, this exciting addition underscores our commitment to positioning 1101 Brickell as a leading business and lifestyle hub.”

The restaurant’s design, led by OV & Co. and Lazaro Rosa-Violán, introduces Mediterranean-inspired elements, including natural wood, glazed tiles, and a stunning bronze sculpture centerpiece. Its outdoor terrace provides an inviting space for both tenants and guests, further enriching the building’s vibrant atmosphere.

Located in the heart of Brickell Avenue, 1101 Brickell continues to attract high-caliber tenants and renowned brands. Commercial leasing for the property is led by Kevin Gonzalez, Jake Freeman, and Ana Paula of Colliers. To accommodate businesses of all sizes, FECR is now offering contiguous blocks of space ranging from 1,000 square feet up to full floors of 13,000 square feet.

For leasing inquires, please contact Kevin Gonzalez at 305.896.3900 or kevin.gonzalez@colliers.com; Jake Freeman at 631.745.2964 or jake.freeman@colliers.com; and Ana Paula at 305.297.4684 or ana.paula@colliers.com.
