Yachtmaker Riva is the design inspiration behind the 135-unit Una, just off of Brickell Avenue and north of the Rickenbacker Causeway in Miami. The tower was designed by Adrian Smith & Gordon Gill Architecture, which also designed the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, which is expected to be the world’s tallest tower (at 1 kilometer) when completed in 2020-21. Units start in the $900,000s and range from 1,100 to 4,786 square feet; they feature private-entry elevators and 10-foot-deep terraces. Residents can dock their boats at Una’s marina. unaresidences.com
