West Palm Beach Condo Sets Record After Selling for $21 Million

A condo in the coveted The Bristol West Palm Beach condominium set a record after selling for $21 million, the highest price ever paid for a single unit, which was double what it previously traded for in 2019. The unit at

1100 S Flagler Drive #1901 was sold by Samantha Curry with Douglas Elliman, who has sold close to $400M at The Bristol. Steve Hall with Compass repped the buyer.

The corner residence was designed by Marc Michaels at The Bristol and features 5,544 square feet of interior plus a 1,500 wraparound terrace. The four-bedroom unit has an office and a chic contemporary design with views of the ocean and Intracoastal. Its 11-ft floor-to-ceiling glass surrounds the entire residence. The condo also features a one-of-a-kind entertaining bar and a state-of-the-art kitchen with top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, Snaidero Italian cabinetry, and a 100-bottle Sub Zero wine refrigerator. Additional highlights include immaculate built-ins, bespoke furnishings, and an enhanced Crestron Smart Home technology with automated control of lighting, shades, sheers, music and thermostat.

The Bristol offers five-star amenities, including an on-site professional concierge, two spas, a beauty salon, a waterfront fitness center, a 75-ft resort-style swimming pool, a club lounge and a dog park.
