At 34 years old, Jonathan De La Rosa leads a team of five commercial real estate agents at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the brokerage of retail, industrial, land, and multifamily properties. Throughout his career, De La Rosa has facilitated the sale of hundreds of commercial real estate assets throughout Florida valued at well over nine figures. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has achieved Marcus & Millichap’s most prestigious sales awards every year to the present. De La Rosa has been quoted and recognized by industry-leading publications such as The Real Deal, Daily Business Review, South Florida Business Journal, and the Miami Herald.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT THIS YEAR?
My biggest accomplishment this year is achieving $100 million in sales by July. By the end of 2022, I’m on track to hit $160 million.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS PROFESSIONALLY?Â
Five years from now, I’ve continued to grow my team. Seeing and celebrating their success is what makes it all worth it. Right now, the average age of my team (including myself) is among the youngest in our southeast division. We have a lot of time ahead of us to expand outside of Florida and celebrate even more wins.
