Jordan D. Chisolm is a corporate attorney in the Miami office of Cozen O’Connor, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and emerging business and venture capital matters. A Leadership Miami alumnus and founder of a pro bono project which provided free legal services to hundreds of local business owners, Chisolm has applied his skills in the public interest. A Native New Yorker, he has spent the last five years making South Florida his home with his family.
