2022 Up and Comers Honoree: Sean M. Smith

Sean Smith is a partner in the West Palm Beach Office of Shutts & Bowen, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Smith focuses his practice on the areas of business, real estate, and construction litigation. He is a leader within his law firm, serving on the firm’s Attorney Development Committee, overseeing the West Palm Beach office’s summer associate program, and serving as a mentor for younger attorneys. Outside the office, Smith volunteers on multiple boards and is actively engaged in other organizations within the legal community. 

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT THIS YEAR?

After joining the firm as an associate in 2016, I was elevated from associate to partner this year.
