2023 Prestigious Women Awards Honoree: Adrinia Woods

Adrinia Woods is an influential leader passionate about developing brands with impressive returns on investment. While serving as the Chief Revenue Officer for Junior Achievement of South Florida, she credits her achievements as a result of developing a high-performing team and her ability to make recommendations that enable sound decision-making by management. Her 30+ years of effective thought leadership and winning business acumen have contributed to over $30 million in bottom-line savings and new product launches for a Big 5 Management Consulting firm, leading Fortune 500 companies within the Consumer Goods and Durable Goods industries, and for Educational/Nonprofit organizations. She earned dual degrees (Bachelor’s and MBA) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is a certified public accountant (CPA), and is an Executive Scholar from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management’s Center for Nonprofit Management. Woods contributes her proven track record of success to her persuasive skills (being the youngest of three siblings), ability to embrace constructive feedback, and spiritual upbringing. She views herself as a “student of progress” – constantly learning and improving while enjoying life! Don’t be surprised to find her out on a bike ride with her daughters or appreciating a South Florida sunset with her husband.
