2023 Prestigious Women Awards Honoree: Amy Ballon

Amy Ballon, a recognized leader in luxury pre-construction development, brings over three decades of real estate development experience, transforming previously untapped markets into highly desirable luxury neighborhoods. Ballon’s niche in the market is creating a vision with her developer clients, from concept to marketplace. Throughout her career, Ballon has worked in markets From Los Angeles to South Florida, selling in excess of over $5 billion in luxury developments nationwide. Currently, Ballon is the director of Sales for Tavistock’s legacy project Pier Sixty-Six Residences, with exclusive sales and marketing led by One Sotheby’s International. Ballon, an accomplished author, advocate and speaker, has been featured for her advocacy in Forbes, Miami Herald and podcasts across the country.
