The Greek restaurant will open a fourth location, Avra Estiatorio, at The Estates at Acqualina, the waterfront resort and residential project by A3 Development slated to be completed later this year.

With a design by STA Architectural Group, the 10,000-square-foot restaurant is set to open later this year with a sophisticated and warm air where guests can enjoy oceanfront views. According to a release, the menu will feature “fresh fish, grilled or baked in salt” as well as raw seafood caught by Greek fishermen flown in daily. Diners will also enjoy salads, cheeses, and the restaurant’s exclusive olive oil.

The restaurant will no doubt be one of the biggest attractions at Villa Acqualina at The Estates. The Mediterranean-inspired villa will also feature a bowling alley, movie theater, gym, speakeasy bar and ice skating rink. The Estates will feature the area’s most luxurious amenities with ocean views, smart home technology and lobbies by none other than late fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld. Residences range from $4.6 to $14 million and penthouses are priced up to $35 million.

Avra will be located inside Villa Acqualina, a Mediterranean-inspired villa that’s the heart of The Estates with its many amenities including a spa, gym, movie theater, ice skating rink, a speakeasy style bar, a bowling alley and more. The Estates at Acqualina will be home to 248 ultra-luxury residences delivering an exquisite living experience within a private gated community. Each estate in the sky with wide open views of the ocean will be equipped with the finest appliances, imported stone countertops, smart-home technology and 10-foot 6-inch ceilings and many will be delivered furniture ready. The development will feature lobbies created by the late fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld.
