Catalfumo Companies to Begin Accepting Sales for Landing at PGA Waterway

Catalfumo Companies will start accepting sales of its Landing at PGA Waterway project in Palm Beach Gardens this June. Located on PGA Boulevard, Landing at PGA Waterway is a resort-style residential development featuring 98 marina-front residences on the Intracoastal Waterway, with owners able to lease their own yacht slip up to 75 feet in length, private pool cabana and parking spot.

The project consists of three, six-story residential buildings offering three, four and five-bedroom residences, approximately 3,100 to over 5,000 square feet. It spans 11-acres of waterfront property, offering Intracoastal Waterway views and direct waterway access to Lake Worth, Palm Beach Inlet and Jupiter Inlet.

“Palm Beach Gardens has become the ultimate luxury real estate enclave in South Florida, now attracting even more refined and notable individuals relocating to the area,” Dan Catalfumo says, Founder of Catalfumo Companies. “From this comes the inspiration for Landing at PGA Waterway. Catalfumo Companies continues to be a powerful force in Palm Beach’s evolution by bringing this product at the right time, and we are thrilled to welcome our future residents.”

Amenities will include an infinity pool with private cabanas overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway with a pavilion and grilling area above an Intracoastal Waterway park. Residents can also enjoy a multi-level waterfront clubhouse with an event kitchen, lounge seating, game areas, a private dining room, a contemporary designed resident’s lounge and bar, coffee bar, card room and a business center with a conference room. The property will also offer a Resident’s Spa with private treatment rooms, steam rooms, showers and sauna rooms, a fitness center with state-of-the-art weight training and cardio equipment, and a yoga and fitness room.

“Palm Beach County is now a flourishing hub as major companies are migrating to what can be called the Wall Street of the South,” says Kevin Spina, Sales Director of The Spina Team. “We are incredibly excited to bring Landing at PGA Waterway to this particular thriving market and anticipate it will transform the way we understand and experience luxury waterfront living.”

The Spina Group will handle sales for Landing at PGA Waterway. For more information, please visit www.landingpgawaterway.com.
