What has been the biggest accomplishment of your career? The biggest accomplishment of my career has been transforming the HWS from an internally-focused, siloed organization into healthcare’s leading MSP, top ten healthcare staffing company and a leader in healthcare workforce advisory services, education and credentialing.
What has been the most challenging moment in your career and how did you overcome it? Back in the 2008 recession when the numbers dictated that we have to reduce our staff considerably.
