Miami-based Coastal Construction has been awarded a $600 million contract by the Trump Group to build two 50-story towers at The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach. Coastal is preparing to go vertical on the first tower and has commenced the foundation work for the second tower of the $1.6 billion project located at 17901 Collins Ave. The development’s 245 condominiums are priced from $4.2 million to $14 million, with penthouses priced up to $35 million.
