MHG Hotels of Indianapolis has started construction of a 101-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Deerfield Beach. Legacy Bank provided an $11.39 million loan. The hotel, at 301 Hillsboro Technology Drive, in the Hillsboro Technology Center, is expected to be completed by January 2020.
