The Miami City Commission has approved measures that clear the way for 972 more residences in two towers with retail/entertainment space at Brickell City Centre, although it may be a few years before construction starts.The site is the former Associated Photo at 19 SW Sixth St. and the former Tobacco Road bar at 650 S. Miami Ave., reports Miami Today. The bar was demolished in 2014.
