The 3,400-square-foot space will house over 100 Compass Florida agents on Worth Avenue.

Compass, Inc. has recently inaugurated its flagship office on Palm Beach Island at 150 Worth Ave. The real estate brokerage firm has been recognized as the top-performing brokerage firm in South Florida by dollar volume of sales, according to TrendGraphix’s 2023 MLS data. The agents at Compass offer real estate services to buyers and sellers, holding a significant market share in Palm Beach County.

“We are excited to announce the opening of our new Compass Palm Beach headquarters on one of Palm Beach’s most iconic landmark destinations, Worth Avenue,” says Jeff Polashuk, Compass Florida’s Regional Vice President. “Over the past five years, we have achieved significant market share in the area and look forward to expanding our presence in this thriving market. As a company, we are committed to providing our clients with the guidance and resources they need to navigate every step of the buying and selling process.”

Industry veteran Jeff Dono will lead the new office, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the South Florida real estate industry and management experience in the region. Dono will be joined by top-producing agents, including Steve Hall, Chris Deitz, Elizabeth DeWoody, Michael Costello, Kyle Blackmon, Brooke Murphy, Kristina McPherson, Bill Kirk, and others. Together, this team of experts offers a wealth of market knowledge and is well-equipped to guide clients through every real estate process step.

Compass’ new Palm Beach office boasts a team of accomplished agents, positioning the firm for success and welcoming new members to its flagship location on Worth Avenue. The space was secured through the expertise of Andrew Deitz, a highly experienced commercial agent with over three decades of industry knowledge.
