FLITE Center Palm Beach Hosts Collective Impact Awards

The nonprofit organization serves as a hub for support services aimed at helping foster care youth become successful adults within a safe and nurturing environment.

The inaugural FLITE Center Gunther Motor Company Collective Impact Awards will provide an ideal platform to acknowledge the collaborators, supporters and organizations contributing to advancing FLITE Center’s mission and collective impact in Palm Beach County. The nonprofit organization invites the community to attend the inaugural event, presented by South Florida Business & Wealth. It will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at The Studio located at The Ben Autograph Collection Hotel in West Palm Beach, 251 N Narcissus Ave. The ceremony will acknowledge the awardee’s significant contributions to the Palm Beach operations and their role in promoting collective growth. Attendees can expect to participate in a champagne toast, enjoy drink selections and hors d’oeuvres, and take advantage of special event rates and valet parking.

Since January 2021, FLITE Center has extended its services from Broward to Palm Beach County, providing supportive services to the youth and partnering with similar agencies in the continuum of care. Last year, the organization introduced its drop-in center in West Palm, which was followed by Falcon’s Ridge emergency housing, aimed at offering respite to youth from foster care, human trafficking survivors, and other vulnerable individuals. The center guides them toward achieving successful independent living. The expansion of FLITE Center’s reach and its achievement in assisting county youth in need with life-changing collective impacts have only been possible through its collaboration with outstanding community leaders.
