Developed by Kolter Urban, the East Tower penthouse at Selene Oceanfront Residences is a unique property in the area. Kobi Karp Architects designed it and boasts a modern floor plan with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, measuring 6,105 square feet. The interiors were designed by ID & Design International, and the penthouse also features a family room and media room, making it ideal for entertainment and gatherings. This penthouse sets a new standard for high-rise condominium living, being the first and only one in Fort Lauderdale.

Selene Oceanfront Residences is a development set to become the tallest residential tower on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The property boasts 194 spacious residences with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and direct ocean views. The development comprises two tall, slender towers that will rise 300 feet above sea level, providing several unique floor plans with spacious two—and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,400 to over 3,200 square feet.
