Founder of Miami’s Muche & Muchette Fashion Line Lists Condo for Nearly $3 Million

Muriel Zerdoun has owned the property since 2004.

An exquisite 2,960-square-foot condominium at The Gables Club Tower II in Coral Gables has been listed for sale at $2.995 million. The property, Unit 9H, is listed by Muriel Zerdoun, a realtor at Floridian First Realty, a family-owned boutique real estate firm located in Coral Gables. The Gables Club is the only waterfront condominium development in Coral Gables at 60 Edgewater Drive.

Zerdoun also owns the residence, which was built in 2003. Besides being a property agent, she is a co-founder and designer of the popular Muche & Muchette brand based in Doral. This brand offers a blend of elegance and bohemian style with vibrant colors and French roots and is highly favored by Miami’s elite who embrace the South Florida lifestyle. Zerdoun works on private-label projects for well-known brands such as Anthropologie, Free People, and others.

The luxurious residence is located on the ninth floor and boasts exceptional views. It comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a fully renovated kitchen that seamlessly connects to a west-facing terrace. The north-oriented living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing abundant natural light. The principal bedroom offers rare dual perspectives of bayside sunrises and cityscape sunsets, and the principal bathroom boasts dual sinks and commodes, along with mesmerizing city views. Additionally, the residence includes a combined laundry and mudroom.

“As a member of Floridian First Realty, it is a pleasure to list my ‘sky palace,’ which I have adored living in since 2004,” said Zerdoun. “It is the perfect, tranquil residence for the right luxury buyer.”

The Gables Club is located along the Coral Gables waterway and offers stunning bay views and luxurious five-star amenities. The dedicated concierge, waterfront restaurant, beauty salon, fitness center, and spa rooms are just a few of the amenities that make this place the ultimate luxury. In addition, the club boasts illuminated Har-Tru tennis courts, a heated pool, a deepwater 42-slip marina, direct ocean access, a social room, a clubhouse, putting greens, and a vibrant community. The residents enjoy lush, well-maintained grounds, 24-hour security, and covered parking.

“This stunning residence situated in the highly sought-after The Gables Club Tower II offers lavish appointments, exceptional views, and 5-star amenities, ideal for the luxurious Coral Gables lifestyle,” said Floridian First Realty Co-Owner and Broker Michelle Gonzalez.

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida.
