Group P6 Finalizes Construction on Royal Palm Residences

The property features 48 luxurious boutique residences.

Group P6 recently completed the construction of Royal Palm Residences, a luxury residential property in downtown Boca Raton. After securing a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the West Tower, Group P6 hosted a grand opening celebration in March attended by future residents and city leaders. The TCOs for the remaining buildings are anticipated to be obtained shortly.

Situated at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and East Royal Palm Road, Royal Palm Residences offers panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Boca Raton. The upscale residential complex comprises 48 boutique dwellings spread across nine floors, providing the residents with all the facilities of living in a prime downtown location with desired seclusion.

“We are thrilled to unveil Royal Palm Residences, a testament to our commitment to excellence in the development landscape,” Ignacio Diaz says, Managing Partner at Group P6, a leading developer in South Florida. “With meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to surpassing expectations, we have created a sanctuary where modern life meets sophistication.”

The luxury property offers three—to five-bedroom residences, including six penthouses spanning 2,425 to 7,168 square feet. With only a few select units left, the sole new housing development in Boca Raton has move-in-ready properties. Closings are currently taking place.

Each residence is equipped with 270 degrees of natural light, dual-entry private elevator access, European kitchens fitted with top-of-the-line appliances, and expansive outdoor terraces with Wolf gas barbecues. The apartments also offer two assigned underground parking spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a boutique pool with a heated spa, and a club room for entertaining, making it an ideal spot for residents who love to live a life of luxury.

Group P6 has a track record of successful projects, including 327 Royal Palm, located nearby. The company collaborated with award-winning RLC Architects and renowned general contractors Suffolk Construction to bring Royal Palm Residences to life. The development’s property management is exclusively handled by Concierge Property Solutions.

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
