“I love my home in Morningside, which I developed from the ground up,” Villanueva says of one of the first new-construction houses on Morningside’s non-historic side. “I’m a real estate nut, hence my job. I also love developing and flipping, which is how I got into this business.”
When not in Miami, the dapper Villanueva likes to escape with his family to their seaside villa on Turks & Caicos, but when he’s in town he indulges himself at the well-stocked (and well-designed) VinoNueva Fine & Rare Wines.
