Paramount, the Four Seasons and Auberge are bringing a lot of attention to Fort Lauderdale Beach, but there’s another gem coming to the Intracoastal Waterway—SobelCo’s 321 at Water’s Edge. Prices start at $1.95 million for the 23 residences, which will range from 2,600 to more than 3,800 square feet. Construction on the 11-story tower at 321 Birch Road is expected to be completed by early 2019.
