Keyless apartment entry is a thing

Pompano Beach will have a tech-driven apartment community, thanks to the Meyers Group. Leasing has begun for Avery Pompano Beach, a 144-unit and eight-story property featuring keyless entry, advanced safety features and built-in USB chargers. Designed by Salazar Architectural Group, the apartments will have contemporary, interior sliding doors, large walk-in closets, movable kitchen islands, and washers and dryers. A doorman, valet and concierge services, along with a state-of-the-art gym and conference rooms, are part of the amenities package. Square footage ranges from 787 to 1,436. Avery Pompano Beach is located on the corner of Federal Highway and Northeast Fourth Street.
