Live2Lead Returns

World-class speakers, youth leadership programs, and community impact take center stage at the 2025 leadership conference.

What if you could spend one day surrounded by world-class speakers, motivated peers, and the kind of ideas that spark real change? That’s exactly what awaits at the third annual LIVE2LEAD Pompano Beach Leadership Conference, returning on Friday, October 3, 2025, to the Pompano Beach Cultural Center.

Presented by Transformation Through Conversations, in partnership with the City of Pompano Beach and the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, Live2Lead isn’t just a conference—it’s an experience. Leaders of every age, from teens to seasoned professionals, will gather for a day filled with connection, growth, and the kind of wisdom you carry long after the event ends.

This year’s keynote stage features Vince Giordano, culture-driven president of HOG Technologies; Dr. Randy Ross, bestselling author and CEO of Remarkable!; and Jody Fuller, retired U.S. Army Major whose humor and storytelling inspire audiences nationwide. And for young changemakers, the Future Leaders Breakout track ensures students ages 15–21 get their own seat at the table—with training, mentorship, and resources made possible by local sponsorships.

Live2Lead also gives back, with proceeds supporting the Kiwanis Club of Pompano Beach and its work providing scholarships, meals, and essential supplies to students and families across the community.

Seating is limited, and tickets are already available at live2leadfl.com. So mark your calendar, bring your team, and prepare to invest in the most important thing you have to offer the world: your leadership.
