Minto Communities USA Unveils Latest Westlake Neighborhood

The Pines is Minto’s seventh new single-family home neighborhood since opening Westlake in 2017.

The Pines of Westlake was recently revealed as the latest single-family neighborhood by Minto Communities USA, the master developer and lead homebuilder of the Westlake community in Palm Beach County. The Pines is located off Town Center Parkway, adjacent to the highly rated Golden Grove Elementary School, and will have 446 homesites, many with water views. The first phase of the gated neighborhood will consist of 214 homesites, with home prices starting from the high $400,000s, which are now on sale.

Prospective home buyers can select from Minto’s popular Cypress and Indigo Collections. The Cypress Collection comprises 17 one- and two-story floor plans ranging from two to five bedrooms and covering 1,644 to 4,008 square feet under the air. This collection will be constructed on 50-foot homesites. The three model homes for the tour are the Persimmon, Schefflera and Azalea.

The Indigo Collection offers a range of 11 floorplans, with one- and two-story homes spanning two to six bedrooms and covering 2,410 to 4,314 square feet under the air. These homes will be built on 65-foot homesites, providing ample space for residents. Three model homes are available for tours: Sandhill, Kingfisher Grand and the Kestrel Grand

“We are pleased to introduce our newest neighborhood in Westlake,” Steve Svopa says, Southeast division president of Minto Communities USA. “The Pines will feature our most popular floorplans that have been a big hit with buyers in our other sold-out neighborhoods.”

Westlake has been approved to construct 4,500 homes and over 2 million square feet of commercial development. The community offers a blend of townhomes, estates and single-family homes starting from the $400,000s. Minto Communities USA offers public servants such as nurses, paramedics and teachers an exclusive 3% discount on the base price of a new Minto home through the Welcome Heroes program.

“What continues to drive our success at Westlake is value, quality and a lifestyle that is second to none in Central Palm Beach County,” Svopa says.

The Westlake Adventure Park is a $22 million amenity center for all residents. The highlight of this park is the resort-style lagoon pool, which features a tower slide, a splash pad and various poolside concessions. Additionally, there are several other recreational amenities present in the park, including a multipurpose building called The Lodge that comes with an adjoining event lawn, a covered concert pavilion, a food truck court, picnic areas, a BMX pump park, bocce ball courts, a playground, a dog park, an adult lap pool, and full-length, lighted basketball courts. Furthermore, residents can enjoy shopping and commercial services just around the corner from their homes. A new Publix grocery store has been opened at Westlake Plaza, which also features eight smaller retail bays.

The Westlake Sales Center is located at 16610 Town Center Parkway North in the City of Westlake, on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road between Southern Blvd. and Northlake Blvd. For more information on the community, call 888-299-3628 or visit www.WestlakeFL.com
