OES Global Inc. Celebrates Decade of E-Commerce Brand Growth

The woman-owned business is based in Pompano Beach.

OES Global Inc., a female-owned firm that oversees B2B and B2G e-commerce brands focusing on traffic control, parking, valet supply, and occupational hydration industries, is marking its 10th anniversary as a Broward County-based enterprise. The company reached a milestone by selling one million traffic cone devices. It is moving forward with a new mission to safeguard people and property.

“It ties all of our brands together and gives us a clear vision on how to grow and what to add on as products and services, so we stay on mission,” says Melissa Schechter, CEO of OES Global Inc.

OES Global Inc. was formed in 2014, expanding from three employees in Fort Lauderdale to over 30 employees at their current Pompano Beach warehouse and executive suites at 1935 NW 18th St.

“We are immensely proud of what we have achieved over the past ten years and are excited about the future as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings,” says Schechter.

In February, OES Global Inc. revealed the appointment of Jennifer Davenport as the Vice President of Growth and Strategy. Jennifer, who previously held the position of Director of Product Development, exhibited outstanding leadership and strategic insight, qualifying her as the perfect choice to spearhead the company’s growth endeavors. Davenport, along with committed business development and project management teams, as well as the IT, warehouse, and fulfillment teams, have been instrumental in expanding the company and achieving this significant milestone in the realm of South Florida business and e-commerce.

“Reaching this milestone is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our talented team, as well as the trust and support of our valued customers and partners,” says Davenport.

In January, the woman-owned business launched a cutting-edge headquarters in Pompano Beach, bolstering OES Global Inc.’s success in e-commerce. This startup excels in industrial e-commerce by prioritizing exceptional customer service, swift logistics, and innovative branding solutions. The company has consistently achieved double-digit growth yearly, reflecting its strong business strategies and customer-focused philosophy.

On-site in Pompano Beach, OES Global Inc. utilizes advanced printing technology through a Mimaki UV Flatbed Printer, stencil traffic cones and fulfills substantial orders of Aqualy boxed water, Gatorade, and Sqwincher brand hydration products. OES Global Inc. has established its own fleet of delivery vehicles to enhance its quick-ship delivery services in South Florida. This strategic move guarantees prompt and dependable delivery to the company’s customers.

OES Global Inc. has partnered with the City of Pompano Beach and the Broward County Sheriff’s Association. Additionally, the company has established business relationships with Hard Rock Stadium, Jet Blue and Amano. Through its expansion into Pompano Beach, OES Global Inc. aims to offer top-tier products and foster meaningful connections with clients and the community, positioning itself at the forefront of South Florida’s e-commerce landscape.
