On the Ball Hosts Annual Women’s Power Summit in Fort Lauderdale

The organization provides business coaching techniques in the personal, business and leadership realms.

The 3rd Annual Women’s Power Summit will be hosted by On the Ball, an organization specializing in business and leadership coaching. Though the name suggests that the event is solely for women, it is open to all leaders, mentors and visionaries, regardless of gender. The event will occur on Oct. 26 at the L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center, a state-of-the-art facility at 1409 NW 6th St. in Fort Lauderdale. Attendees will be able to connect with a panel of successful women from various industries who will share their leadership journeys, pivotal stories, and valuable insights.

This year’s distinguished panel features:

  • Jennifer Starkey, Senior Vice President of TD Bank South Florida
  • Robyn Raphael-Dynan, President of RCC Associates
  • Sheryl Woods, YMCA President & CEO of South Florida
  • Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, Vice Chairman, External Affairs of Royal Caribbean Group
  • Kimberly Leon Sarni, Managing Director of South Florida Business & Wealth

The summit will cover diverse topics, including Mindset, Leadership, Culture, Communication, Confidence, Internal and External factors, Finance, and more. Attendees can expect to gain knowledge and actionable takeaways to apply professionally and personally. Additionally, 100% of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Cancer Society, in line with On the Ball’s commitment to philanthropy and amplifying the impact of women in leadership positions.

“We believe in creating spaces where every voice is heard, where stories inspire action, and where growth knows no boundaries,” Marc Nudelberg says, president of On the Ball. “This summit is more than an event; it’s a movement towards inclusive growth, genuine connections, and impactful philanthropy.”
