At a panel event hosted by PMG and Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale, the discussion centered around factors driving demand for real estate in the area, where luxury is headed and how waterfront developments like Sage Intracoastal Residences are setting a new standard for elevated living. Panelists included Ryan Shear, managing partner at PMG; District 3 Broward County Commissioner Michael Udine; SFMY Architects + Planners partner Jiro Yates; and Sage Director of Sales Nir Perets. The panel was moderated by Melissa Sweredowski.

Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale is a new boutique condominium property situated on 200 feet of the Intracoastal Waterway. The 28-story building will house 44 residences with unobstructed views of the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean protected by the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens.
