PMG Unveils Plans for First Luxury Condominium in Fort Lauderdale

The 18-story tower offers a resort-style pool with unparalleled fitness and wellness facilities.

Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale is a boutique condominium property along 200 linear feet of Fort Lauderdale’s intracoastal waterway. It features 44 residences spread over 18 floors. The residences will have unobstructed views of the Intracoastal and Atlantic oceans, protected by the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. The interiors of the residences by developer PMG have been designed by BAMO, an award-winning interior design firm known for its work on Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, Rosewood and The Peninsula select properties. Sales for the residences are now underway, with prices starting at $2.9 million. PMG Residential is the sales team for this project, with Nir Perets, Jaime Cristancho, and Olga Rogers exclusively representing sales.

“Fort Lauderdale has undoubtedly become a premier destination for luxury real estate development,” Ryan Shear says, managing partner at PMG. “After witnessing the record-breaking success Sage Longboat Key Residences had on the Gulf Coast, we are confident that Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale’s luxury boutique lifestyle will beautifully complement the city’s growing portfolio. We’re thrilled to deliver its signature brand of standout services and high-caliber amenities to residents.”

Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale is designed by FSMY Architects based in Fort Lauderdale. It will offer fully finished private residences, including two- and three-bedroom plus an office, with a flow-through design. The residences will range from 2,754 to 3,185 square feet, featuring 10-foot ceiling heights, Italian kitchen cabinetry custom-designed by BAMO, energy-efficient and impact-resistant floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and windows, private terraces with summer kitchens and clear glass railings, smart home technology, high-end appliances, custom Italian entry and interior doors, midnight bars in primary bedrooms, and more. Moreover, the Sage Penthouse Collection will provide additional luxury and convenience to buyers with taller residential ceiling heights and private rooftops, including summer kitchens and plunge pools.

“The effortless style of Sage Fort Lauderdale exudes confidence and charisma and the relaxed luxury of waterfront living in an intimate, private enclave,” Anne Wilkinson says, Principal of BAMO. “Its interiors feature clean lines and tailored details mixed with elements of retro-inspired glamour to create an air of cool, classic elegance, refined comfort, and timeless sophistication.”

The property will offer a range of smart-building technologies, private elevator foyers and semi-private elevators for each residence. It will also provide over 17,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool, a cafe and lounge area, private cabana suites, an owner’s lounge, and a children’s playroom. The Sage Wellness Spa will also be available, featuring steam, sauna, cold plunges, and treatment rooms, with a relaxation area and private his and hers lockers. Additionally, residents will have access to a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a movement studio, and a yoga lawn. Other services available to residents include valet parking, a 24-hour front desk concierge, a door attendant, sports equipment storage, house bicycles, dog walking services, package delivery and a private residential porte cochere.

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico.
