Radence Plants Its Flag in West Palm Beach

The precision health company selects South Florida for its flagship hub, underscoring the region’s rising influence in healthcare innovation.

South Florida’s rise as a hub for healthcare, life sciences, and technology innovation continues to accelerate. The latest signal comes from Radence, a concierge science pioneer focused on personalized disease prevention and early detection, which has selected West Palm Beach as the location for its first precision health hub and operational headquarters.

Slated to open early in the second quarter of 2026, the flagship facility will be located at 515 North Flagler Drive. The space will bring together Radence’s clinical, technology, and concierge care teams under one roof, while also serving as a blueprint for future hubs the company plans to roll out nationwide.

“South Florida has quickly emerged as a destination for healthcare innovation and entrepreneurial growth,” said David Medvedeff, chief executive officer of Radence. “West Palm Beach offers the right mix of talent, infrastructure, and forward momentum for a company like ours. This location allows us to build a national business while staying closely connected to the local community and innovation ecosystem.”

That combination of national ambition and regional integration is increasingly characteristic of Palm Beach County’s evolving business landscape. Once known primarily for finance, real estate, and lifestyle-driven development, the area is now attracting companies at the intersection of medicine, data science, and advanced technology.

Radence’s West Palm Beach hub is designed as a flagship for highly individualized disease prevention and early detection. Members will have access to advanced testing protocols, AI-informed risk mapping, and disease interception strategies guided by a Clinical Advisory Board with affiliations at leading institutions, including Mount Sinai Health SystemWeill Cornell Medicine, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

The model reflects a broader shift in healthcare toward predictive and preventive approaches—using technology, data, and precision medicine to identify risks earlier and intervene more strategically. Radence refers to this approach as “concierge science,” a category it has pioneered to bridge cutting-edge research with real-world clinical application.

The company operates on a membership basis, working alongside a member’s existing physicians and care teams rather than replacing them. Early-detection insights are translated into precision-tailored intervention strategies, setting what the company describes as a new standard for comprehensive predictive and preventive medicine.

The economic impact is also notable. Radence plans to open the West Palm Beach facility with a specialized core team spanning clinical operations and concierge health services, with plans to expand as the company grows. Recruitment is already underway, both locally and nationally—another boost to Palm Beach County’s talent ecosystem.

“The addition of Radence to our business community marks a significant milestone in Palm Beach County’s evolution as a premier destination for health innovation,” said Kelly Smallridge, president and CEO of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. “By choosing West Palm Beach for its flagship precision health hub, Radence is furthering our mission to attract forward-thinking companies that push the boundaries of what’s possible in technology and healthcare.”

While the new hub represents Radence’s first dedicated physical facility, the company’s reach extends far beyond South Florida. Through partnerships with leading diagnostic laboratories and medical imaging centers, Radence memberships are available nationwide, allowing the company to scale without being geographically limited.

Radence is backed by RA Ventures, the healthcare incubator of RA Capital Management, and supported by a network of more than 50 MDs and PhDs focused on advancing novel medicines and diagnostic technologies. The company also draws on the predictive analytics of RA Capital’s TechAtlas division, which continuously analyzes global scientific and clinical data to inform innovation.

For South Florida—and particularly Palm Beach County—the move underscores a larger trend: the region is no longer just attracting capital, but companies building the future of healthcare itself. With Radence’s arrival, West Palm Beach adds another high-profile chapter to its growing reputation as a destination where science, technology, and business converge.
