Sales and Marketing Team Appointed for New Solina Bay Harbor

RedHoek+Partners are developing the boutique nine-unit building.

Alyssa Morgan, a highly successful real estate agent and the founder of The Inside Network, has partnered with the Development Marketing Team (DMT) to lead the sales and marketing for Solina Bay Harbor. This boutique 9-unit building, nestled in the luxurious Bay Harbor Islands of Miami-Dade, is set to benefit from their extensive experience and proven track record in the industry.

“I’m excited and proud to represent RedHoek and Solina Bay Harbor, and again work with DMT to provide superb sales and marketing for the development,” said Morgan. “With the continued arrival and relocation of out-of-towners coming from key U.S. metro areas from the Northeast, Midwest and the West Coast to South Florida, I’m pleased to be able to leverage my Chicago connections to tap into this network that values new developments and island life, yet neighborhood qualities of restaurants, shopping and fitness, as well as a great local school.”

RedHoek+Partners, a renowned development company based in Brooklyn, New York and led by Lee Cohen, has selected The Inside Network and DMT to spearhead the sales and marketing efforts for their latest project. The development offers a curated selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. The expected completion date for the project is Q4 of 2025, and the residential pricing starts at $1.445 million.

Solina Bay Harbor, located at 1055 93rd St in Bay Harbor Islands, is fully finished and move-in ready. This marks Morgan’s second new development project in the area since the launch of The Inside Network in Q4 2022. Morgan has teamed up with Alyssa Soto Brody, Esq. from DMT, a data-driven real estate sales and marketing brokerage based in Manhattan, New York. DMT specializes in new development projects, and through their partnership, Morgan is leveraging the New York to Miami network.

The luxury development of Solina Bay Harbor is a testament to artistic architectural design, offering nine expansive residences. It boasts a fifth-floor amenity level that includes a tranquility pool and cold plunge, complemented by outdoor dining and lounging areas. Each floor features a unique floor plan, meticulously curated for the discerning buyer and their accompanying lifestyle in Bay Harbor Islands. The development also includes a boutique fitness center, private courtyard lobby and entrance, 18 covered parking spots, private storage/owner’s closet, doorman, and onsite management. Its strategic location near Bal Harbor shops, the ocean, and boardwalk, provides access to the safety and quality of a K-8 center, with an “A” rating, in Bay Harbor Islands, sparking intrigue and excitement in the audience.

“This new market of Bay Harbor Islands offers a canvas where we can blend urban sophistication with a coastal lifestyle,” Cohen says. “I fell in love with the neighborhood and did a sun study to ensure there was enough sun in the area. Being our first project in this market, we are excited to be partnering with leading brokerage sales team The Inside Network and marketing team DMT.”
