South Miami home breaks record for highest price per square foot

South Miami just saw a record-breaking sale.

5980 SW 80 St. recently sold for $3.2 million, making it the highest price per square foot in the city.

Public records show the sellers were Chiara Sensi Contugi and Diego Guarderas and the buyer was Elliott Elias. Domenica Dassum & Alina de la Vega with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers; Ruth Molina with D’Angelo Realty Group represented the buyers.

The 4,940 square foot home includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms and comes fully furnished with pieces from Fendi Casa, RH, Knoll and Kelly Wearstler. Other features include Mia Cuccina kitchen and bathrooms, Subzero and Wolf appliances, Smart Savant audio/video automatization, impact doors, Hunter Douglas window treatment and Tesla solar panels. The covered porch features a sitting area, heated pool and backyard with artificial turf—all on a 14,038-square-foot lot. Check out photos below.
