Fortune Development Sales is the exclusive sales and marketing partner.

Star Developers Group has revealed One Hollywood Residences, a new urban development in the heart of Downtown Hollywood. This condominium project will feature 248 carefully crafted residences across 23 stories and will be located at 1817 Taylor St., in an area currently undergoing redevelopment. The neighborhood near ArtsPark at Young Circle boasts an abundance of retail shops and diverse restaurants, providing residents with a lively and dynamic lifestyle.

“One Hollywood Residences was designed to offer an upscale living experience that goes beyond just a home; it embodies a way of life,” Alejandro Ensinck says, Managing Director of Star Developers Group. “Our goal is to immerse our residents into the vibrant energy of Hollywood, combining style and function in every corner.”

The individual residences vary in size from 517 to 1,425 square feet and offer open floorplans with fully finished living spaces and terraces ranging from 54 to 406 square feet, providing exceptional outdoor living. The residences include studios to three-bedroom units with a den and one to three bathrooms. All the homes have floor-to-ceiling windows that offer city views, balconies with glass railings and an extensive amenity deck. Prices for the units start in the $400,000s.

At One Hollywood Residences, residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a luxurious pool and spa area with comfortable lounge chairs and cabanas, an outdoor bar and BBQ section with ample seating, a rooftop garden with a 360º observatory deck, a sauna and treatment room, a well-equipped fitness center with a yoga studio, co-working spaces, a business center, a kids club and playground, an outdoor plaza and a versatile clubroom and private event space with its own dedicated kitchen. In addition, residents have access to valet parking and can relax in the lobby lounge with reception and concierge services.

BC Architects designed the building, while Domus Aurea Interiors designed the shared spaces.

“At One Hollywood Residences, the development team was able to blend the best of two worlds: luxury living with convenience,” Edgardo Defortuna says, president and CEO of Fortune International Group. “With easy access to everything Hollywood has to offer, residents can enjoy the best of South Florida living right at their doorstep.”

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
