It’s unfortunate that four people have been killed by Brightline trains, but politicians are pointing the finger at the wrong culprits. In the last two accidents, a pedestrian and a bicyclist drove around the warning gates as trains approached, according to witness accounts in local newspapers.  I have empathy for the victims and their families,
