The Developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach Reveal Sales Gallery

Fortune International Group and Oak Capital recently held a ceremony to launch the sales gallery for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach, a dual-tower property offering full-service, resort-style living in the tri-county area. The sales gallery at 1380 S. Ocean Blvd. for the lifestyle-driven development is over 4,000 square feet, providing a glimpse of the unique residential experience prospective buyers can enjoy. It features a model kitchen, model bathroom and an outdoor deck with a fire pit and private beach area. Fortune International Group is the exclusive sales and marketing team.

Since launching in December, Fortune International Group reports robust sales with buyers hailing primarily from South Florida and the East Coast, including New York, Chicago, Boston and Canada.

Developed by Fortune International Group and Oak Capital, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach provides 205 thoughtfully-designed residences, over 35,000 square feet of curated amenities and the legendary Ritz-Carlton service. The property is slated for completion in 2025 and is designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interior and landscape design by world-renowned designer Piero Lissoni.

“The Residences offer a remarkable versatility with both beachfront and Intracoastal-facing towers and amenities,” Edgardo Defortuna says, president and CEO of Fortune International Group. “We have developed this property with exclusivity and luxury of the highest degree in mind alongside the active lifestyle our buyers are looking for, with amenities and services to meet their needs. We look forward to continued sales success as we showcase our stunning beachfront sales gallery.”

The 32-story Beach Tower, located on the sands of Pompano Beach, offers 250 feet of ocean frontage. It features 117 oceanfront residences, including two penthouses, ranging from one to five bedrooms, spanning 1,309 to over 6,824 square feet. The 14-story Marina Tower, located just across the street from The Beach Tower, overlooks 250 feet of waterfront between the Intracoastal Waterway and Pompano Beach’s South Ocean Boulevard. The tower offers 88 residences which range in size from one to four bedrooms spanning 917 to 3,947 square feet. The Marina Tower also includes four penthouses.

“Our development will undeniably be the preeminent project in Pompano Beach for many years to come,” Ricardo Dunin says, Founder and CEO of Oak Capital. “I am incredibly excited to develop my third Ritz-Carlton Residences property and to join forces once again with Pierro Lissoni, with whom I completed The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. Additionally, The Residences, Pompano Beach marks the first project to be launched under my new company, Oak Capital, and my first project together with Fortune, whose quality of work I’ve always admired and who has also previously developed a Ritz-Carlton residential project. I am convinced that the combined experience of the team will result in a project that will surpass everyone’s expectations.”

Amenities include a Yacht Club with a private resident marina, an oceanfront Beach Club, sports courts, tropical pool decks, indoor-outdoor social areas and on-premise dining. The properties will also include Guest Suites available exclusively for friends and family of residents with access to services and amenities.
