Louis Reinstein is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg. Reinstein’s general litigation practice includes trial and appellate work. He enjoys working with his clients to make sure they receive the attention they need and the communication they want. His law practice includes plaintiff and defense work from intake all the way through trial and appeal. His areas of focus include commercial litigation, premises liability claims, municipal litigation, and police professional litigation. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit Court Mediator, Reinstein effectively reconciles and resolves conflicts and disagreements in a cost-efficient way. He is a trusted neutral who is available to work with the parties to find the most optimal settlement. He also is Kelley Kronenberg’s Chair of their Summer Associate Program—a role he has held for the past four years. In that capacity, he works with the summer associates as they rotate through different business units and helps ensure that they have a great experience with the firm. Louis also mentors students at the University of Miami, the University of Florida, and Nova Southeastern. He enjoys helping guide students and working with them to make good decisions as they embark on their legal careers.
