The Rider at Wynwood Sales Gallery Includes Motorcycles

The 146-unit condominium will feature turnkey residences and luxury amenities.

Miami-based Rilea Group has launched its new sales gallery for The Rider at Wynwood, catering to residents seeking a luxurious rock-n-roll lifestyle. The space aims to fully immerse buyers into a lifestyle designed for today’s jetsetters and investors, with decadent living spaces and rebellious amenities. The sales gallery is at 89 NE 27th St., Suite 105, in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. It is situated next to the future Brightline/TriRail high-speed train station, less than 100 yards from the development site. Upon arriving at the sales gallery, visitors are immediately greeted by the sight of a Harley-Davidson with a sidecar parked out front greets them, which is a future amenity for residents. As they step inside, they enter a lounge area with a wall adorned with full-sized motorcycles and designer decor.

“We took everything standard and cookie-cutter and threw it out the window,” Diego Ojeda says, Rilea Group President. “The Rider at Wynwood is for those who want to live life at the highest level, seeking the thrill of freedom and unbridled expression. While The Rider at Wynwood has a wild beauty to it, there’s also a refinement that caters to today’s luxury buyers through our finishes, design partners and amenity portfolio.”

The sales gallery showcases a model kitchen designed by Italkraft, a Miami-based company specializing in high-end Italian design. The kitchen features Bertazzoni Luxe Appliances, a premier Italian brand. The bathroom features modern finishes and pink quartz tiling, and it is adorned with an industrial chic atmosphere and moody yet elegant art deco color schemes, which deviate from stark white. The walls are decorated with a collection of fine art photography from Iconic Images and Morrison Hotel Gallery, which portrays 1970s-era legends such as Bruce Springsteen, Keith Richards, David Bowie, and Tina Turner.

Additionally, captivating art from Italian artist Marco Grassi and others mirrors the future common areas and amenity spaces within the building. The exhibition also showcases an Italian Brionvega handcrafted limited edition HiFi system that plays classic rock tunes, just like the building’s upcoming “The Vinyl” HiFi listening room, with a state-of-the-art sound system and an epic collection of records.

The official sales gallery opening of The Rider at Wynwood, a project developed by Rilea Group and represented exclusively by Cervera Real Estate for sales and marketing, was celebrated with an on-site soiree. The event included VIP real estate brokers, city officials and local influencers.

The Rider at Wynwood comprises 146 units spread across 12 stories. The building features an atmosphere that reflects the rich history of the 1970s rock-n-roll era while catering to the preferences of modern buyers. The prices for the residential units range from $600,000 to upwards of $1.8 million, and the options include fully furnished studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences, some of which feature dens and half baths. The sizes of the units range between 511 and 1,612 square feet. It is scheduled to break ground later this year, with delivery slated for late 2026.

Rilea Group is also developing the adjacent property to The Rider at Wynwood—Mohawk at Wynwood, a 12-story, 300-unit multifamily development with 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail at 56 NE 29th St.
