Naftali Group Reveals Luxury Sky Villas With FENDI Casa Interiors in Downtown Miami

The brand will entirely furnish two exclusive penthouses at JEM Private Residences.

JEM Sky Villas, designed with signature FENDI Casa collections, are the latest luxurious offerings from the Naftali Group, a national real estate developer. They are perched atop the JEM Private Residences in downtown Miami and seamlessly blend high-fashion interior furnishings with the art of living. OneWorld Properties is the exclusive brokerage for these exquisite sky villas, with each priced from $8 million.

“We are excited about this special collaboration with FENDI Casa on the JEM Sky Villas,” Miki Naftali says, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group. “We look forward to bringing this limited collection of residences to downtown Miami. The JEM Sky Villas signify the evolving landscape of upscale living in this dynamic city, with each villa showcasing FENDI Casa’s exceptional craftsmanship and meticulously designed furnishings at the crown of JEM Private Residences.”

JEM Private Residences Miami Worldcenter

The JEM Sky Villas offer expansive floor plans ranging from 5,083 to 5,277 square feet. Each villa boasts four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a library, and a wraparound terrace, providing residents with stunning views of Miami’s dynamic downtown and Biscayne Bay. Additionally, one of the residences features a hot tub on its spacious terrace. The residences are thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, showcasing FENDI Casa’s renowned blend of elegance and contemporary style with luxurious materials and craftsmanship.

“Collaborating with FENDI Casa to design and curate each space at the JEM Sky Villas has been a remarkable experience of craftsmanship and creativity,” says Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales + Design for Naftali Group. “Inspired by FENDI’s rich heritage in Rome, with the FENDI Casa team, we hand-selected and custom-finished each piece to complement the lifestyle that these residences offer. Every detail has been chosen to create a harmonious blend of high-end design and refined living, giving residents a truly unique and elevated experience in the heart of downtown Miami.”

Each design for the JEM Sky Villas was carefully curated to offer a unique experience, reflecting the individuality of each penthouse, much like the ‘JEMs’ within the crown of the building. Every detail, from fabric to finish, was meticulously chosen. Striking showpieces such as the FENDI Casa Matrice bookcase showcase bold, jewel-tone colors in a sophisticated, geometric style. The Metropolis coffee table also features a similar geometric design, paying homage to the architecture of the FENDI headquarters in Rome. The resulting collection is a timeless and authentic design, enriched by the distinctive FENDI Casa aesthetic in every room.

“This partnership represents a significant milestone for FENDI Casa in the realm of interior design,” said Alberto da Passano, CEO of FENDI Casa, “as luxury projects gain prominence globally, we are excited to contribute to this prestigious development and continue our expansion into high-end markets.”

The meticulously crafted condominium residences in Miami Worldcenter will soar over 700 feet and showcase contemporary luxury designed by renowned firms Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group. JEM Private Residences redefines residential luxury in South Florida with residences starting from the 43rd floor to maximize views, exceptional craftsmanship throughout, and an elevated suite of amenities to enhance the overall living experience for residents. The 50th floor features an amenity suite including an indoor Sky Lounge, outdoor pool, fitness center, boxing arena, yoga patio, and spa suite, offering residents a luxurious and diverse array of spaces for relaxation, exercise and leisure activities. The development is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2027.

The JEM Private Residences sales gallery is located in Miami Worldcenter at 110 NE 10th St. Visits may be scheduled by appointment only by calling (305) 384-1010. For more information about JEM Private Residences, visit https://www.thejem.com/.

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran.
